Abstract:
Due to the fact that it is directly related to the advancement and establishment of a fair and supreme sovereignty in societies, it has been considered by most political systems and can be considered as the main hypothesis for a democratic, accountable, and efficient government. In order to achieve an efficient and correct administrative system, the principle of the right of recruitment should be governed by different stages of employment. The steps each of which is important for achieving justice and justice include entering service, serving (during service), and promoting a job. The steps that each one must attain in the sphere of the rule of law at a formidable, formal and material level, will enhance the efficiency of the administrative system in providing public services to citizens, and, in a relative fashion, both employees and citizens acknowledge the justice system in public office. In this article, the authors deal with the question of how to make a decent choice in the employment system, studying this principle in the Iranian- American employment law system.
