Abstract:

This paper seeks to study the effectiveness of the provided educational package based on religious-psychological teachings on healthy relationships and communication skills. The statistical population includes married women living in eleven and twelve regions of Tehran, who have elapsed since their marriage at least one year and a maximum of fifteen years. The sample of the survey consisted of thirty-six married women in Tehran, in the aforementioned area, who were selected by voluntary sampling, and randomly were put to the test and control in two groups. This survey uses the healthy relationships scales (Bahrami Ehsan & Rezazadeh1389) and communication skill scales (Monajemzadeh1391). Initially, a pretest was performed from both groups, then, target groups were educated, by the training package, in seven sessions of two hours. Both groups were tested again after completing the training. Using Covariance analysis method, for comparing the results, this survey shows that the educating the aforesaid package has a positive effect on healthy relationships and communication skills.
