Designing Conceptual Framework for the Development of Competitive Advantage in the North Korean Sports Tourism Industry

The main objective of this research was to design a conceptual framework for the development of competitive advantage in the sports industry in the north of the country. The research method is qualitative research with structural analysis approach.The statistical population consisted of experts and sources of information about sport tourism in the north of the country. The statistical sample was selected and evaluated to a satisfactory number based on theoretical saturation through a targeted and accessible method (21 individuals and 63 documents).Research tools include library research and exploratory interviews. The validity of the research in the sample selection stage was based on the credibility of the individuals and documents referred to and in the framework of the framework, according to the agreement between the coders and the desired sculptors.Three types of coding were used to categorize identified components. The research model was based on the identified relationships. All components are identified and are grouped in four main perspectives including resources, capabilities, strategies and competitive advantages.According to the model, competitive resources can be achieved through sustainable strategies through appropriate strategies and enhancing their capabilities and functions.
