Results obtained of the factor analysis technique shows in order to achieve native housing in the Meybod city, 33 factors following four factors: the first factor: social, physical and environmental, the second factor: the economic, the third factor: services and infrastructural, the fourth factor: the cultural, be considered in the design and build housing in this city.
