Explaining the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture and performance (Prerequisites for stable performance of public and private sector organizations)

Abstract:
The performance of members of an organization and outcome of their work is one of the most important achievements and goals of the organization in order to improve and upgrade it, and many factors such as leadership styles and organizational culture affect it and are affected by it. Thus the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture and performance. To serve this purpose the required information was gathered through library studies and taking notes from the most updated and reliable sources were conducted. The result showed that the style of leadership and transformational leadership style affect both organizational culture and performance and there is a significant relationship between the three components of the study.
