Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between corporate social responsibility and customer loyalty with the role of ethical standards, customer satisfaction and trust (a case study of customers of private banks in Bojnourd city). This research, in terms of the purpose of the research, is descriptive. A survey is carried out. The statistical population of this research includes all private banks in Bojnourd city of 150 people. The sample size was selected randomly according to Morgan-Krejsi formula (1972). To determine the variables of the research, a questionnaire from the Park Park (2017) was used. To analyze the hypotheses of the research, the Structural Modeling Method has been used with Lisrel software. The results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the relationship of value and commitment to social responsibility. There is a significant relationship between moral standard and commitment to social responsibility. There is a significant relationship between commitment to social responsibility and customer satisfaction. There is a meaningful relationship between commitment to social responsibility and customer trust. There is a meaningful relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. There is a meaningful relationship between customer trust and customer loyalty.
