The Role and Statuse of the Additional Protocols to the Geneva Convention 1949 in the International Law

The statute is one of the most important fundamental values in every country. The value of the statute depends on the views of the rulers and the culture, civilization, morality and customs of the people of that country. The statute has meaning, basis, attributes, resources, and for specific purposes, and has already been foreseen, and these characteristics and characteristics distinguish the statute from other social rules and similar titles. In the present article, this nature, foundations, features and titles are discussed and implemented in the two political systems of the Islamic Republic of Iran and democracy, and it is concluded that the issue of statute and its objectives in this system is based on a different theoretical foundation. Although the foundation and purpose of the statute in the thought of democracy is not an issue, but in the Islamic Republic it seems obvious that the necessity of rethinking in relation to many of the parameters of the statute is obvious.
