Study of Human Resource Development Standards at Marine educational organizations

The purpose of this research was to study the standards of human resource development in marine training courses conducted by a descriptive survey method.
The statistical population of all employees of Marine Educational Organizations was selected as 255 random sample members. Data collected via was a questionnaire that made by the researcher .To determine effective component of "one sample t test" was used to standardize human resource development .The results showed that Standards for human resource development in Marine educational organizations are : Organizational commitment to supporting human resources,promote human resources in improving performance,Appreciation of participation of human resources organization,Organizational commitment to guarantee equality of opportunity for human resources, Having clear goals and programs for human resource development,Attunement of Goals and Objectives whit human resource development,human resources awareness of roles of participation to achieve organizational goals,supporting by the manager of human resources development organization,Human resources continuous learning in organization, Improving individual and team performance,Understanding the effects of individual and team performance in organizations and improving organizational performance in human resource development.
