Creating the Strategic Knowledge Management Excellence Integration Model by using the Grounded Theory(Case Study: Khuzestan Gas Company)

The purpose is mixed in terms of the type of research methodology.This research is based on the method of data collection and the nature of exploratory-descriptive research and is in terms of developmental and applied purpose. In the qualitative method, using the theory of data base, in three stages of coding we design a strategic knowledge management excellence model. The statistical population of the qualitative method is 15 experts in the field of science and technology and the statistical community. The quantitative method consists of 340 knowledge workers of the gas company of Khuzestan, which, with the help of the Cochran formula 124 people were selected as samples. In the qualitative section,data analysis was performed using data theory and in the quantitative part of the data collected by SPSS and LISREL software.
Finally, the Excellence Model (SKMEM) with three Key Elements (Strategy, Processes, Results), 19 Criteria, 140 sub criterion, 4 Variable underlying, and 4 Inhibitor Variable, was Designed. And as a Model for Excellence were Presented Gas Company Khuzestan. Also, the results of quantitative analysis showed that the gas company of Khuzestan obtained 1257 points from the strategic knowledge management excellence model. This results show a gap of 983 points.
