Developing a Pattern to Manage Media Crisis

The aim of this research work is to present a strategic pattern for management of crisis in media knowledge and reviewing the relation between media knowledge of the audience and their immunity and intelligent awareness on countering media warfare , being affected by negative social changes and increasing their ability for analyzing cultural, political and social issues. The paper, objective wise is applied one and category wise is practical and is based on descriptive survey method. In this research work, with respect to research model, 16 assumptions have been devised. The statistical population consists of 120 prominent individuals familiar with media in the central city of Isfahan. Therefore, due to limited number of sample population (120 people), the whole number of statistical population have been reviewed. The research work has been carried out in Isfahan in 2016, with concentration on examining the impact of media knowledge on human being and its role in crisis management. For data gathering, a questionnaire containing 55 questions have been used and its reliability has been confirmed by university professors, consultants, experts and management scholars. The validity of the study by using Cronbach Alpha Scale is %84 which includes personal characteristics and main and specialized questions devised, especially for evaluation of research assumptions. The gathered data have been analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software by statistical tests in two descriptive (frequency, accumulative percentage, mean, standard deviation) and deductive (regression modeling, variance analysis, nonparametric Kolmogorov–Smirnov test as well as Fredman nonparametric Test and structural equations by Lisrel software) in two levels. Based on the obtained results, all assumptions of the study were confirmed. The results show that the secondary assumption about impact of secularism on immunity and intelligent awareness in confronting media warfare with % 83 coefficients had the maximum impact.
