Relationship investigation between job Burnout, depression, anxiety, stress scales with circadian rhythm in Military Personnel

Abstract:
 
Aims
Circadian is the changes of behavioral and metabolic activity during day and night in living organisms. The purpose of this study was Relationship investigation between Mental Health with musculoskeletal disorder in military individuals.
Materials & Methods
This describe-analytical study was carried out on 100 military personnel (shift work 50 personnel and day work 50 personnel) in October 2016 done by stratified random sampling. For data collection used from Circadian Type Inventory, DASS-21 scale and burn out job meslash Questionnaire. Finally, for the data analysis used SPSS version 19, descriptive statistics, t independent test and Anova test.
Results
The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the circadian rhythm with job Burnout (p-value=0.02) and depression (p-value = 0.03), anxiety (p-value = 0.02) and stress (p-value = 0.01) in shift workers. However, there was no significant difference between the circadian rhythm with job Burnout (p-value=0.08) and depression (p-value = 0.07), anxiety (p-value = 0.07) and stress (p-value = 0.09) in persons work day.
Conclusion
The finding of this research showed that use the type of circadian rhythm of people can be individual's usage in shift work system and the effects of shift work on physical and mental health of individuals prevent or reduce it
