The Effectiveness of Mindfulness Based on Relapse Prevention Model on Depression Tolerance, Temptation in MethamPhetamine Dependent Patients

  The effectiveness of mindfulness based on relapse prevention model based on depression tolerance, temptation in methamphetamine dependent patients. The between of the references to the centers of 40 men and women diagnosed with methamPhetamine dependence disorder that has successfully had completed detoxification period were selected Based on criteria DSM-IV-TR. They were randomly into a experimental and a control group. The pre-test study variables were measured in both groups. Experiment group were intervention prevented based on mindfulness from returning in group in 8 one and half hour session, the control group did not receive intervention. After the intervention sessions research variables at post-test in both groups were assessed. To analyze the data, t-test and analysis of covariance was used. Findings: T-test results showed that In terms of depression tolerance and temptation there is a significant difference between the two groups. It seems to apply MBRP in the treatment of psychological damages reduction is due to the consuming of methamphetamine effective.
