Modeling of psycological capital of male teenagers in military families with Emotinal divorce based on personalities=mediator role of coping strategies

  family is the most Effective part of society and wholesame sociaty needs healthful family.so any kind of suffering that weaken family and its functions is so much important and scrutinizalde,Emotional Divorce is one of these gashes that some families are faced with it so,current study has been done with the purpose of:(modeling of psychological capital of male teenagers in military families with Emotional divorce based on personaliies=mediator role of coping strategies.
Methods and information:current study style is functional and from modeling of structural equations and correlation methods type.
300 person all the teenagers from 13 to 18 years old of police force employers families that has attended to clinics and consolting contres and completed psychological capital,personality properties and coping strategies questionairs.
Pierson correlation methods and modeling of structral equations were used for data analysis in this research and also SPSS v19 and LISRELv8.80 softwares were used to help analysis.
Findings:results showed that personality properties and coping strategies with psychological capital have a significant relationship.
Personality properties due to coping strategies had an indirect effect on psychological capital. Final results of this study has shown;neuroticism parameters flexibility,consistency,conscientiosness and coping strategies can have significant and positive effect on psychological capital and they can be used to reinforce teenagers psychological capital suffering from emotional divorce
