A model for the establishment of meta-synthesis technique based entrepreneurial university and TOPSIS

This study aimed to identify the status of the past research and qualitative meta-synthesis was performed using 3 pm and 25 components were identified. The results of the ranking TOPSIS suggests that the first priority of the engine at the University of entrepreneurs belonging to socio-cultural factors. Driving organizational culture has been the second priority. Third place belonged to the vision and mission as well as the structure of the engine remains fourth. And finally finance entrepreneurial university is the fifth priority drivers. In the third step using TOPSIS fan of the 15 components of the second phase 5, and as propulsion components priorities were confirmed. Finally, using the final three after 5 engine model was proposed at the end of the suggestions for future researches were presented.
