The causal relationship of career path adaptability, Psychological capital and spiritual intelligence By mediating student self-efficacy

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship of job pathway adaptation, psychological capital and spiritual intelligence through mediation of job self-efficacy among students of Islamic Azad University, Kermanshah Branch. The research method descriptive, correlation and structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employed students in Kermanshah Islamic Azad University. 200 individuals were selected by sampling method as sample size. To measure the data, the following tools were used: A: adaptive path of the job; B: psychological capital; spiritual intelligence; and D: career self-efficacy. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean and charts,...) and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient and path analysis) were used and data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22.The results showed that the model has a suitable fit, there is a significant relationship between job adaptability and self-efficacy. There is a significant relationship between job path adaptation and psychological capital, between the adaptive path of the job path and the psychological capital with the role of intermediary self-efficacy there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence. There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and psychological capital.
