Abstract:
Job Satisfaction is one of the most important factors in increasing the efficiency, motivating and positive attitude of employees towards their work, which ultimately leads to loyalty and persistence of employees in organizations. Hence, identification of factors that increase job satisfaction is of great importance. In this paper, one of the effective methods for satisfaction of employees at the Tourism Bankof Iran has been investigated. In quantitative section of this study, unity research method is used; Structural Equations Design. The staff of Tourism Bank of Iran consist the statistical society, simple random sampling is utilized as the sampling method and for determining the sample size of the present study, the researcher relies on Cochran Formula. From 1207 persons of statistical society, 292 persons are chosen as study samples. For data collecting tools the researcher uses the questionnaire of the types of rewards Hellriegel et al. (1995) to evaluate the impact of the reward types on the staff satisfactions. Analyzing the research data with Lisrel software shows that financial, complementary, social/interpersonal, job, autonomy rewards and job design can increase the job satisfaction in the employees so there is a close relationship between these rewards and staff satisfaction. Among the mentioned rewards, social/interpersonal rewards are of the most impact on job satisfaction of the staff. The results showed that the types of rewards from the staff's point of view are different and organization managers can determine the importance of rewards in their organization to optimize the remuneration system and allocate the correct types of rewards with the aim of increasing job satisfaction of staff, improve performance and Increase productivity in them.
