Explaining the Role of Cadaster in Prevention of Registering Crimes

One of the important crimes that has many disadvantages in social and economical and so many other fields is registering crimes. Also, since the cadaster has a multiple nature and its basic information is accessible to different organizations and companies, its necessary that the law obligate different organs to corporate clearly and comprehensively with multiple cadaster in order to developing a new base of corporation. Although, the requirement for such a modify in country's registering law is changing the approach of this organization to cadaster. Now, this approach changes and reduces the usage of cadaster as a tool for daily and routine implementation and also printing the map of a property, so this approach to cadaster has to change as a new concept in properties' registry that is the electric registry and in such an organization all the capacities and facilities should utilize to gain this electric registry system. The focus of this article is on introducing the cadaster and all aspects of it and other related concepts and also its history in Iran and throughout the world and we try to prevent these crimes by examining the registering crimes and the main reasons of them. Therefore, in this research you get familiar to cadaster, specific registering crimes, barratry, forging, and all kinds of fraudulence and the role of cadaster in preventing them.
