Abstract:
One of today's social problems, especially in Islamic countries, is employment situation and the situation of women in society. The present paper seeks to analyze the historical experience of women's employment at the beginning of Islam. At first, women's businesses are considered, and it concludes that they have a wide range of feminine jobs to apparently male-dominated jobs. For job analysis, the indicators that can be important in women's occupations were counted and their prevalence in women's employment was highlighted in the early stages of Islam, and the necessary analysis was carried out. According to the analysis of women's occupations at the beginning of Islam, one can say that any desired pattern of women's employment should include features such as maximal management of women's time on their profession, non-mixing with men, fitting women's physical and emotional characteristics, not restricting women in jobs It seems to be masculine, considering the interests of society, recognizing the right to earn money for women, and so on.
