Abstract:

Wakala Sukuk is demanded by many Islamic countries such as Malaysia because of its efficiency and flexibility. Government of Malaysia’s Wakala global Sukuk is one of the important securities of the Government of Malaysia that is demanded by many investors from around the world.
Using a descriptive-analytical method, we introduce Government of Malaysia’s Wakala Sukuk, survey the challenges of its operational structure and propose completed, aboriginal and compliant to Shia’s jurisprudence model.
The results express that Government of Malaysia’s Wakala Sukuk has limitations for Sunni’s jurisprudence consideration. So the results express that we can by using of capacities of Shia’s jurisprudence, expand the above model and use it for financing of Government of Iran and producing firms.
