The role of Mowlana Ali naqi naqavi lucknowi in promoting quranic sciences and interpretations in indian subcontinent

Mowlana Seyyed Ali Naghi Nahavi, from the Sadat dynasty and Ijtahad family, is one of the renown contemporary researchers and interpreters about The Holy Quran in Indian subcontinent. He did a lot of Quranic contributions in academic societies to revive Shiite culture. He wrote the book entitled “Tafsir Fasl-ol-Khetab” and published his viewpoints regarding interpretations of some Quran verses, which was a great effort in promoting Quranic sciences and the science of interpretation. In addition to writing and publishing some famous books and literary works, he taught and trained many active and influential pupils in these issues. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, the present study analyzes the status and specialties of the book “Tafsir Fasl-ol-Khetab” based on valid references and documents.
