Lady Sadr's strategic management style in the field of religious culture

What is contemplated in this paper is to study the strategic management style of Lady Sadr in the field of religious culture. Given the manner of living and lifestyle of this martyr lady, all the four elements of strategic management -including situation analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation and supervision - can be seen. At the stage of strategy implementation, which is the most important stage in strategic management, she firmly developed her strategy with two approaches of intellectual and executive operations, to explain and clarify the truth of religion and endurance in the path of religiousness to martyrdom.
