Effects of Alkaloids Harmine on Bovine Oocyte Maturation

The use of the most advanced and highest system model animals for studying the maturation of immature follicles in the laboratory has provided. Due to the active ingredient in the alkaloid harmine with multiple pharmacological effects, including anti-free radical, and immune and etc .., so in this study the effects of alkaloid harmine on bovine oocyte maturation is assessed. Maturity environment by adding 1 µg/ml of harmine enhance the maturation of the bovine oocytes that can be used as a supplement in environments maturity.
