The purpose of this article is to investigate the conditions, characteristics and coordinates of the countries of the region, taking into account civilization, language, religion, human development index (H.D.I), geopolitical position, regional production potential in the field of political, scientific and cultural developments and economics. This research was conducted in a library research and based on documentation and documentation. In this research paper, the regionalist regionalist approach is used which is the basis for the convergence of regional and trans-regional integration, which is an appropriate solution for expanding the political, economic, commercial and cultural relations of the countries of the region.
