Prioritization of Dorud-Andimeshk Route Design Alternatives Using Analytical Network Process (ANP) and DEMATEL Technique

Each of different railway projects has their own benefits and special circumstances.thus prioritization of these projects to allocate budget efficiently and ensuring to reach the maximum of indices for desired results always has a paramount importance to decision makers and executive managers. In this study, three railway projects have been prioritized by ANP method, and the inner dependency of criteria was calculated by DEMATEL method. The results showed that in two scenarios(without criteria inner dependency and with criteria inner dependency) the Doroud-KhorramAbad-Andimeshk project has the highest prioritization in comparison to other alternatives. also sensitive analysis showed that by increase the weight of "construction costs" criteria, the results changed in two points. The framework that is presented in this study can be a suitable framework for decision-makers to the proper allocation of funds in different railway projects and take effective criteria to reach the highest demands and expectations of railway projects.
