The Place of Organizational Culture in Promoting Productivity
The purpose of this study was to investigate the position of organizational culture on productivity improvement at the Faculty of Civil Aviation, Aerospace Engineering Training Center, and Airports and Air Navigation Company of Iran. In this regard, theoretical foundations and opinions of experts and experts have been used. The statistical population of the study was 500 experts, senior managers, staff and professors of the center with emphasis on different trends in management and productivity According to Morgan table and simple random sampling method, 300 individuals were selected as sample size. The data collection tool was organizational culture and organizational productivity questionnaire, which was arranged in the form of a two-way Likert scale that was distributed among the sample group and finally, 300 questionnaires were returned. The reliability of organizational culture 0.94 and organizational productivity questionnaire0.96 were calculated using Cronbach's alpha method. Also, content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires, which was approved by the relevant experts for this purpose. The data was analyzed using descriptive section through spss software and inferential part using pls software. The results of the research indicate the importance of organizational culture in promoting organizational productivity.
