Investigation of Civil Liability of Mass Media Violating Environmental Rights in the Iranian Legal System

One of the issues in the commercial, economic and social system should be the environmental issue, according to which institutions and organizations must support the environment and promote the development and protection of environmental rights in this regard. In the laws of Iran, especially in the laws of the fifth and fourth development plans, the subject has been referred to, and on this basis, the assignment of assignments in this area to the media has also been taken. Therefore, it should be acknowledged that the media, especially the media and the media, are obliged to provide environmental education by providing the necessary training and culture, and it can be seen that advertising should be prohibited in violation of environmental rights. . So, in order to prevent violations of environmental rights through these advertisements, it should be considered executive guarantees that should be based on the basis of pure responsibility as the basic basis for the civil responsibility of the mass media.
