This study was conducted to determine the type and extent of relationship between personality type of managers and their job performance in a security intelligence organization. The main question of the study is; how is the relationship between the personality traits of the managers of the intelligence and security organization with their job performance? This is an applied study with the correlation approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers of the intelligence-security organization studied in 1395. Which includes 48 people. (N = 48). Given the low number of statistical population, the total was determined as a statistical sample.Then, the standard questionnaire for the personality traits adopted from RISU and Hudson (2.5 edition) , which is based on the Ingram and consists of 36 items, wasdistributed among the statistical population of the study and the extracted data were tested through descriptive and inferential statistics.The results show that the effectiveness of the managers of the organization has positive and high correlations with the type one, three, five and eight,and with types four and seven, these correlations are negative and high, and with type two, six and nine, the correlation is negative and low. The correlation coefficients (Spearman) obtained are as follows: Type one (reformer and perfectionist): 0.836, type two (Rescuer, kind and affectionist): -0.500, type three (successful): 0.814, type four (Individual, Artistic, and Imaginary): 0.876, type five (Peace Factoring Research): 0/860, type six (loyal): 0.493, type seven (Fascinating, Optimistic): 0.862, type eight (Presidential, Leader, and Director): 0.912, type nine (Peacebuilder): 0.458
