Abstract One of the subjects which have been reflected in Persian Literary texts in different ways and considered from different shapes is the ritual of Lawsuit. Justice chain, to Elevate the complaint text, wearing the red robes, Standing on the way of the king, pouring the soil over one's head and etc. have been the Famous ritual of lawsuits. Some of the lawsuits were invented on different reasons, By Kings or People. Some ways such as justice chain, justice flag, and red cloth, were invented by kings and in contrast, some of the methods created by plaintiffs necessarily and to attract the attention of Governors.
