Designing a Strategic Model for cultural perspective

Offering a strategic model for cultural perspective to organizing the issues and challenges ahead in this field is one of the important and fundamental issues of the country. This highlights the importance of decisions in this area based on the strategies of cultural invasion by cultural enemies at the community level. Cultural managers should make the best possible decisions in this area by examining the challenges and functional weaknesses on the one hand and reviewing the related trends on the other hand. This study seeks to offer a strategic cultural perspective model. In terms of research purpose, this is among the applied research, in terms of research design, is a futuristic research and in terms of the method is descriptive-analytic research. The statistical population of the study consists of all experts in the field of strategic planning and strategies and key cultural orientations in the country, among which 103 were selected through targeted sampling. Model of Cultural strategic forecasting based on the EFQM model with 1000 points. The weight of the component of achieving agreement and preparation for strategic planning at the highest organizational level is 257 points, the weight of the strategic planning component is equal to 245 points, the weight of the components of the streaming strategies is equal to 250 points and the weight of the strategic cultural control component is 247 points. Upon findings of this research, it is necessary to include indicators such as the necessity and urgency of making strategic planning, planning and preparing to enter planning, measuring the maturity level and preparing the organization for planning, preparing a program for more strategic planning with more new ones in the organization.
