Study of the effect of educational and research dimensions on sustainable development of universities in order to present a model (Case Study of Mazandaran Islamic Azad Universities)

One of the most important requirements for achieving sustainable development in terms of science and technology is the creation of wealth creation centers, including Incubators in universities. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of the educational and research dimensions of the Incubators on the sustainable development of universities. This research was conducted with the purpose of applied and mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative research method) and exploratory design. The qualitative method was used to identify the indicators of sustainable growth and development centers. The statistical population of this study was 14 experts in the field of Incubators at Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran. They were selected by targeted sampling for interviewing. Qualitative data collected was analyzed using the data-based data theory and content analysis. A quantitative method was used to measure the conceptual model. The statistical population was 750 people. The researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha was 0.82 distributed among 254 sample members. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation test using SPSS and lisrel software. The results of the research indicate that the educational and research dimensions of the Incubators affect the sustainable development of the universities, which is the factor of 64% and research 61%. Therefore, educational dimension had the least impact on the sustainable development of Mazandaran Islamic Azad universities.
