Structural Model Design of Jihadi Management Culture: In Stateowned enterprises

The culture of jihadist management is conceptualized from the pattern of Islamic management that necessity of its operationalization take advantage of successful leadership and management experience in the sacred defense, after the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran.The main purpose of the researcher in this research is to provide a structural model of jihadi management culture in State-owned enterprises. The main question of the research is that the components and indicators of the special jihad management culture of state-owned enterprises to present the proposed structural model? The type of exploratory-development research and the research method was qualitative and quantitative; The research was carried out in two phases: the first stage, reservoir preparation of indicators through theoretical foundations, upstream documents and Delphi techniques; The second step is to prepare a questionnaire in order to confirm or reduce the items and extract the appropriate structures and review them to determine the coefficient of importance of each factor. The statistical sample of the first phase of the study was 200 of 426 senior managers and 361 of the other 6059 executives selected by Cochran formula. After implementation, using exploratory factor analysis, agents were identified and based on factor loading, their names were selected and the final model was presented. The findings showed that the final model with 14 components and 98 items with Cronbach's alpha of 0.97 had good internal consistency. The confirmatory factor analysis also showed the final.
