Strategic planning of cultural tourism in Sanandaj using the Meta-Sowt technique

Metasut is based on a resource-based theory. The theory believes that unique resources and capabilities form the basis of continuous and sustainable competitive advantage. Accordingly, cultural tourism objectives can identify sustainable competitive advantages through strategic planning and the recognition of cultural resources than competitors. In this research, cultural tourism of Sanandaj city was examined at two national and regional levels in competition with rival destinations. The method of this research is descriptive-analytic. The research tool was a questionnaire based on meta-swat technique, which was surveyed by 80 experts from the research. The results showed that the most important competitor of cultural tourism in Sanandaj is Shiraz city and the most important regional competitor in Hamedan. . The most important source of tourism in Sanandaj is traditional music and clothing. Among the external factors, the increase in investment incentives has the highest necessity and power, the security of the region is of high necessity and medium power, the diversity and enrichment of the local economy, the creation of regional balance and the greater attention of the city and the city council with high power and necessity There are a few.
