Evaluation of Tabriz Performance Managerial City after the Establishment of Tabriz Islamic Council

The present paper is about evaluation of Tabriz city management's performance after the establishment of the city council. The main question of the research is whether the Islamic Council of the Metropolis of Tabriz had a decent performance after the establishment of the Islamic Council? The research method is descriptive and applied. As a result of this study, it is a developmental study and is considered as a cross-sectional study in terms of time. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of the municipality of 10 areas of Tabriz and a number of residents of Tabriz, which is obtained through the Morgan table, and also the Likert scale has been used. Statistical analysis of the findings was done using SPSS software. The final objective of the study is to evaluate the performance of the council of Tabriz Metropolis in terms of the effectiveness of the councils in planning, implementation, supervision in the management of the metropolitan city of Tabriz and creating a suitable platform for the functioning of the councils in the field of coordination with the city's responsible institutions for the implementation of integrated metropolis management in Tabriz is. The results of the research showed that the administrative performance of the Islamic Council of Metropolis of Tabriz was at the appropriate level.
