Design information management system(MIS) for sports events in Sports and youth departments

The management information system can help administrators To obtain the best decisions based on current and past information. By providing classified information as well as information needed for decision making. The purpose of this paper is to design a management information system (MIS) in the Sports Events section (Professional and Championship) For sports and youth organizations as a web-based system. This study is a qualitative study using content analysis. The data collection process consists of 15 semi-structured interview with managers and staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth west of the country. Sampling is purposeful. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously by collecting data and analyzing qualitative content. The results of the data analysis led to the extraction of 10 main modules with their sub-sets. The sporting event section requires a lot of coordination and decision making , because of its nature is holding competitions and sports events at different levels of national, international and global that we can help in organizing quality competitions and sports events, thus saving time and money “with the help of a web-based information management system”.
