Status survey and demographic factors associated with time management skill on health managers Zabol University of Medical Sciences

Efficient and effective use of time is unavoidably necessity for success in the field of life and work. As for importance and role of time in Organizational productivity this study evaluate demographic factors associated with time management skill in Zabol University administrators were This study was descriptive cross-sectional study population included 70 managers of hospitals and medical centers under the University of Zabol. The data collected questionnaire was translated by the researcher that the validity and reliability of measurement was confirmed. For data analysis software spss18 and statistical methods, descriptive tables and charts and also was used statistical Tests. Goal setting and type of employment among the subjects was significant correlation (P<0.05) But between the goal setting and other factors (sex, marital status, degree of education) did not show a significant relationship. Prioritization of tasks and activities and sex between the subjects a significant relationship was observed; also between prioritization of tasks and activities and employment type a significant relationship was observed (P<0.05) But between the prioritization of tasks and activities and other variables (marital status, degree of education) did not show a significant relationship. In this study, between time and all variables (gender, marital status, employment type, degree of education) a significant relationship was observed (P>0.05). According to the results that we find in general situation of time management skills of managers seem desirable from the perspective of their own and with most education this skills in form periodic can this position more desirable and better and in result obtain acceptable organization productivity
