Assessing the development status of rural districts of Saqez city with the HDI model

Today, in developing countries, in order to strengthen socio-economic structures, eliminating regional imbalances and ultimately achieving sustainable regional development, it is necessary to identify and distribute the facilities, resources and resources. In the present article, human development indicators include Indicators (place of purchase of people's needs, educational, cultural and educational, religious, political-administrative, electricity, gas and water, sanitary and therapeutic, rehabilitation, services, meetings and communications). The present research is objective, applied and in terms of type Research, descriptive-analytical, and in terms of collecting information, documentary-library, first of all, the definition of development And indicators have been used and these indicators have been used in the world and Iran based on library methods (articles, prestigious internal and external publications related to the subject) and evaluated for model analysis (HDI). The findings of the research indicate that the village of Sarah is ranked first and respectively in the villages of Golpayeh, Imam, Zulfiqar, Lokhora, Tilko, Daryan, Sahib and Tamur, Tarjan and forty springs next. In general, the only developed rural district is the Sarat rural municipality, and the districts of Imam and Zulfiqar districts are moderately developed. And in this city of 11 rural districts there are 7 deprived villages.
