Zoning of natural hazards for tourism purposes using GIS (Case study: Shaft city)

In general, natural hazards, including factors threatening tourist destinations that lead to a change in the development process of an area are thus using the zoning of natural hazards, and identification and evaluation of ecological can be a range of potential tourism development to identify and Reduced the damage from hazards to some extent. In this research, the zoning of natural hazards for tourism purposes in Shaft has been studied. The shaft is from the northern part of Iran, located in the west of Gilan province. The Talesh Mountains, which are a great source of winter snow and rain, are located near the city, which is the source of rivers and springs in the city. to criteria with analytical hierarchy process (AHP) spatial analysis in GIS environment and to display optimal land in three categories: very favorable (low risk), considered moderate (moderate risk) and unfavorable (high risk) to develop tourism . The results showed that 52.32% of the whole series had an optimal area for tourism and 39.30% of the whole series had a trail Neither semi-desirable nor 8.8% has an unfavorable area for tourism development.
