Investigating and analyzing social accountability of employees Ardabil Municipality with emphasis on time management and strategic management of human resources

Abstract:
Municipality organization is one of the most wide and important urban organization as custodian for urban affairs which has a direct relationship with the citizens. Today, some cases of responsibility reduction and/or lack of acceptance of staff liability for accomplishing tasks in some parts of this organization are seen. Therefore, this research has been done for investigating and analyzing employees’ accountability with emphasis on the time management and strategic management of human resources. In terms of nature is practical and its method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of Ardabil Municipality that their number is equal to 1207. Morgan table is used in order to determine the sample size and volume whereupon 291 people have been questioned randomly. In order to collect the required data Harrison Gap’s accountability questionnaire, Christian time management questionnaire and Hang-Chang’s questionnaire of strategic management of human resources were used. Simple and multiple regression equations in the form of SPSS software was used for analyzing the assumptions. The findings of this research indicate that time management and strategic management of human resources has a significant and positive effect on the employees’ accountability rate. Beta coefficient also indicates that the time management and strategic management of human resources predict 0/37 and 0/59 variations in accountability rate of employees, respectively.
