The Study of Relationship Between Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Commitment of Employees in Hotel Industry (Case Study: Persian International Hotels of Mazandaran)

present research aimed to The study of Relationship Between Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Commitment of Employees in Hotel Industry in Persian International Hotels of Mazandaran Including: Parsian Azadi Ramsar (4 star) and Parsian Azadi Khazar (5 star) Hotels has been done in the summer of 2016. The Data Required for this Research has Gathered by Questionnaire With Simple Random Sampling Method from Employees of Persian International Hotels of Mazandaran. Also, It has been Used Structural Equation Modeling Through the Smart Pls Software to Analyze Data. The Research Method is Descriptive and Correlational and Statistical Population of this Research has Considered all Employees of the Persian International Hotels of Mazandaran. The Sample Size, Style Determining Volume Sample Formula 134 People and Were Determined With Simple Random Sampling Method. Provided Results Showing That Psychological Empowerment and Every one of its Dimensions on Organizational Commitment of Employees have a Positive and Significant Impact. and Also it Was Shown that Variable Personal Consequence has the Largest is Path Coefficient and its Impact on Organizational Commitment of Employees is Higher than other Variables.
