Analytical Attitude on Quality of Some Indicators of Urban Services (Case study: Ahvaz metropolitan region 2th)

Spatial analysis of existing public facilities and services on the surface of urban areas can identify deficiencies and excessive density and the rate achieved in each of the urban areas on the other hand the goals of sustainable urban development and a prerequisite for their performance management requirements and the design and implementation of the spatial organization of cities. the main objective of this research, analytical attitude of some indicators of quality of municipal services and its role in sustainable urban development in the metropolitan region of 2th ahvaz. method of this research survey using a questionnaire.the statistical population of the study was the total population of ahwaz metropolitan region 2 and the sample size was determined using the cochran formula of 380 people. the sampling method is proportional to the size of the area randomly. SPSS software and one way ANOVA test were used to analyze the data obtained from field research.the results of the research show that the performance of the quality of urban services in the 2nd metropolitan region of ahwaz is inappropriate and the level of satisfaction of citizens from different indicators of urban services is different.
