The Evaluation of seven urban service index In four cities (SalehShahr ,Samalah ,Janatmakan ,Torcalaki) Gotwand township using the scalogram model

The first step in regional planning is identifying problems and deficiencies with an indigenous vision, which involves analyzing sections different economic -cultural- social and…each geographic area. There are different ways to analyze the equilibrium or spatial imbalance in the economic, social, and cultural services of the cities of each province. The method of this research is descriptive-analytic. In the research, in the descriptive section, information was obtained through documentary and library studies. The statistical population of the 4 cities in the city of Gotvand in Khuzestan province and the index is 7 selected indicators. In the analytical part, data processing are also used for data analysis using SPSS software. Then, using the scalogram model, calculating the mean, standard deviation and analysis of variables, as well as calculating the dispersion coefficient to the level of inequality and development status in the cities of the area The study has been identified. The result of the research indicate that 4 cities in the city of Gotvand do not have the distribution of services and facilities. As the city of Salehshahr has the highest population density in the other three cities, it ranks third in terms of providing services in terms of employment rates and average average earnings. The city of Torkaleki is in the first position in terms of literacy rate and employment rate and the average income of persons employed in one year in comparison to 3 cities of Samalah, Salehshahr and Janatmakan.
