Evaluating the performance of the new Town in pardis services and providing strategies for its upgrading

New towns are important as one of the widest efforts in the country's space arena and one of the largest decisions that make up a huge amount of the country's executive and financial capability. For this reason, one of the missions of planners and researchers in the field of urban planning is to monitor the functioning of new cities in order to identify the problems and disadvantages of these cities and provide solutions to strengthen them in achieving the goals set forth.In this regard, the present study, by examining the performance of the Pardis new city , and its low identification and deficiencies, seeks to improve the pathway of urbanization by presenting strategiesThe research method is descrip-tive-analytical and using the questionnaire tool. The statistical population of this study is all residents of Manasseh who in the 2016 census had a population of 73673 people To estimate the sample size, the Charles Cochran formula has been used. According to this formula, the sample size is estimated to be 383 people.
