Assessment of Rural Livability Levels (Case study: Kaki District of Dashti)

The improvement of living conditions and the livelihood of rural settlements is the ultimate goal of all rural development projects, but at present, poor living conditions in rural areas of our country have led to a lack of access for most of our compatriots to live in desirable living conditions, and villages face challenges Many have faced economic, social and environmental issues. As a result of these conditions, the shelf life of rural settlements is low. Therefore, the necessity and importance of the issue of survivability in villages is quite obvious. The term "viability" refers to the degree to which the needs of a society are met, based on the needs and capacities of the people of that society. Therefore, the overall objective of this research is to evaluate and Assessment the Ability to live of rural settlements in Kaki district of Dashti. The research method is descriptive-analytical with the purpose of the user. The data required for the analysis are collected using a questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of all permanent residents of Kaki village in Dashti city. 350 of them were selected using the Cochran formula. SPSS software was used to evaluate and analyze the data. The results of the field study, which were analyzed by means of statistical tests and analyzed by SPSS software, The results showed that, among the factors affecting the viability of rural areas in the Kaki district of Dashti, economic indices with t value of 11.166 have a significant level of 0.000, they have had the greatest impact on the habitability of these areas.
