Spatial Justice and Spaces in Health Services and Treatment of SARAVAN Towns Deprived

Services in the city and the most basic needs are access to health-care services not only in urban areas, but also for all people. In this research, we tried to use the health distribution of the geographical distribution - treatment to fair aspects of the city of Saravan and the equitable distribution of health services based on the standards and standards of access and use existing and then to formulate scientific patterns for locating these spaces in Geographical Information System (GIS) environment is investigated. Descriptive - analytic research and its type is applicable,Data were analyzed using SPSS software using Pearson correlation coefficient. The correlation between spatial distribution of health services and understanding of the relationship between the range of domains and the penetration range of each urban and rural area from the above services were TOPSIS and MORIS models. And with emphasis on the polling system. In this regard, the required information and statistics regarding health services in the city and surrounding villages have been studied and collected,Then, through TOPSIS model, ranking of parts of the central part of Saravan and determining each of the infrastructural criteria with an emphasis on the ideal of spatial justice in the districts of the city studied. The results show that these spaces have no spatial justice in the region. And the radius of favorable access in this city has not been respected and also the number of hospitals and beds in this area is not enough.
