Student Satisfaction Survey on University Services and Facilities (Case Study: Hakim Sabzevari University)

Since the degree of dissatisfaction among the users of academic services directly affects their performance, so the policy makers of the Higher Education Institutions should pay a lot of attention. In the present study, the students' satisfaction with the quality of services and facilities such as educational, cultural, social, welfare and environmental have been evaluated. This research is based on the purpose of the fundamental type and is descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of this study is all students of Hakim Sabzevari University who were studying in the second semester of 1396. A sample of 100 people was selected using non-random sampling method. A questionnaire of satisfaction has been used to collect data. Its validity and reliability have been confirmed. Data were analyzed by SPSS software. The results of this study showed that satisfaction of students from faculty facilities and from class hours, from library to school, to the way of servicing university buses and lessons from exam questions is lower than usual. The degree of satisfaction with the teaching of professors and the mastery of the lessons, their way of dealing, the performance of the faculty and the faculty environment is high. Students' interest in the field is high and the degree of success of students in geography is low. The willingness to continue to study at a college level is also somewhat low.
