Mahallat ranking based on quantitative and qualitative indicators of housing using topssis and ahp models (Case study: Azna city)

City as a system requires system planning. From the system planning requirements, consider all factors and indicators that affect the city life. Given the ever-increasing urbanization, sustainable urban development has become the dominant paradigm of all urban planning. Considering the widespread effects of housing on urban environments, in order to meet the goals of sustainable urban development, housing sustainability is a major step towards achieving this. The purpose of the present research is quantitative and qualitative evaluation of housing indicators of Azna with sustainable development approach. In this research, social, congestive and physical indices have been used. AHP model was used for weighing and linear biasing method was used to scale the data. The TOPSIS technique has been used to scale up urban neighborhoods based on each of the indices used in the research. District 3 district of this neighborhood as a new and new fabric of the city of Azna after the revolution, and especially in recent years (later (1375) since 2007, and its hectare area is one of the largest urban neighborhoods. . 1375 The population of this neighborhood in 1996 was about 4250 people in the form of 800 households.
