Measuring the Satisfaction of Citizens from Performance of Lorestan Municipalities

The extent and complexity of urban issues and the growing urban growth have made city affairs a difficult task. Among the various urban management organizations, the municipality is one of the devices that has close links with the public, and development All-inclusive and sustainable city will be implemented when citizens are satisfied with the performance of the municipal organization. The purpose of this study was to assess the satisfaction of citizens from the performance of the municipalities of Lorestan province by descriptive-analytical method based on the sources of the documents and the questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is citizens living in 11 urban centers in Lorestan province. The results of the research showed that citizens 'satisfaction with urban performance was based on defined tasks and indicators; citizens' satisfaction with municipal services was higher than other sectors, and less satisfaction from the cultural and social sectors than other components. have.
