Biological control of Mycogone perniciosa fungus causative agent bubble strain oral Agaricus bisporus using several yeast species under laboratory conditions

In this research the effect of S. cervisiae, R. mucilaginosa, P. jadini and P. fermentans in the lab condition were investigated on Mycogone and wet bobble and the best yeast introduced for disese control. For this aim, antagonistic mechanisms in the lab condition did with three methods dual culture, volatile and non-volatile metabolites for pathogen and host separately in completely randomized design with factorial experiment. The result showed that four yeasts could restrict and had competition in dual culture method, but S. cervisiae, P. jadini and P. fermentans that had the lowest selective index then control, were the most effective yeasts to control of disease and didn’t have negative effects on host. The non-volatile metabolite of all yeasts could control the pathogen and all of them had the lowest selective index then control and were the most effective yeasts to control of disease and didn’t have negative effects on host. The effect of on-volatile metabolite of R. mucilaginosa, P. jadini and P. fermentans in the end of experiment were more effective on pathogen growth's inhibition, but in total of experiment, all of yeasts had the lowest selective index then control and were the most effective yeasts to control of disease and didn’t have negative effects on host. Totally using of S. cervisiae and P. jadini with special chemicals and suitable cultural method suggested for management of disease.
