Design of Educational Course for water Consumption based on Flipped Learning (A qualitative research)

Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of this study was to design a water consumption behavior education course based on flipped learning method.
Method
The statistical population include the female students of the third grade elementary school of district 3 in Isfahan. Among them, five groups were selected through targeted sampling to achieve theoretical saturation. This research was conducted using the qualitative approach, the phenomenological method as content of the education course and thematic analysis method including 3 inclusive theme, 6 organizing themes and 21 basic themes were extracted as general and minor goals of the training course.Data analysis was done using subject coding. To determine the validity of thematic analysis and phenomenology,respectively,a standardized interview was conducted on the basis of the maximum control audit at the stage of taking notes of texts and observing the rules.
Findings
The results were presented in the form of six lesson plans, as musical animations or displays in a software (compact disc). The results show that, using the identified components and using the new flipped method in education, students can be guided towards the correct pattern of water use.
