Review the Challenges of the Hadiths of Government Formation in the Age of Absence

In spite of  many Qur'anic, Traditional  and rational reasons about the necessity of building an Islamic state in general,  specifically the era of Imam Mahdi Absence,  there are narrations that some people by  citing them have believed in illegitimacy of an Islamic state at the time of Absence. Therefore, it seems  necessary   that these traditions be evaluated in a scientific and fair way far from any bias in order to clarify the strength of their reasoning in the light  of a scientific critic. By searching for these traditions, They divided into eight categories, according to their meaning and under each category the reference Address and the significance of the most important narrations of that category examined. Finally, by examining them in terms of the reference Address and the significance, it became clear that most of these narrations are in both reference Address and  significance. And a very small part of them, although they are valid and right  in reference Address, do not  represent  the claimed thought. And supposedly  if  we accept their  implication, they will commonly  be compatible with other evidences. And if that aspect is not accepted, they are inconsistent with a large number of authentic Qur'anic, rational and narrative reasons about jihad, bidding goodness and forbidding badness, the defense of the oppressed etc,</p><p>Such limited Traditions  do not have the ability to bound or allocate this large number of reasons for only state building  during the presence of Imam Mahdi(aj).
